I first visited Napa Valley in 1989 and from that trip I developed a love of wine and the entire winemaking process. In November of 2003, a friend and I heard about The Traveling Vineyard and immediately signed up to conduct wine tastings. Now I get paid to not only bring new wines to fellow wine lovers, but to hopefully teach them something new in the process. I wasn't a wine expert when I started this business, just a wine lover; but I have definitely learned a lot more about all aspects of wine and winemaking during my three years as a consultant. And, I look forward to continuing to learn even more!!
